Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Organyz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Organyz is a visualization-first personal management tool that maps your life obligations as an interactive node graph. The Service includes a free tier and a paid Pro tier with expanded limits.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may authenticate via email/password or Google OAuth. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Free & Pro Plans

The free plan includes up to 3 domains, 15 items, and 3 saved views. The Pro plan ($2.50/month or $18/year) removes these limits. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (domains, items, relationships, saved views). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We do not use your content to train models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

7. Data Export & Deletion

You may export all of your data as JSON at any time from your account settings. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
